We believe in every product we offer. If your Airverest doesn't live up to its promises, we'll find a solution. Full refund or exchange, the choice is yours.
What's eligible
Satisfied or refunded guarantee. You have 100 days from delivery to test your Airverest and change your mind if it doesn't suit you.
Defective products are replaced or refunded, regardless of their condition, under warranty.
- 100 days from the delivery date of your order to request a refund.
- The product must be complete, in good condition and in its original packaging with all accessories (USB-C cable, manual).
- In case of a technical defect: free exchange or refund, even after use.
How to submit your request
Send an email to support@airverest.com with the following:
- Your order number (in your confirmation email).
- The name used when placing the order.
- A brief reason and your preference: refund or exchange.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
In addition to our 100-day commercial guarantee, EU customers benefit from the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Our 100-day guarantee is more generous and covers the same conditions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund, at our expense.
Refund processing
Once your request is approved, you are automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
